Come experience the Arboretum at night. 

As the sun sets on the Arboretum, we get the chance to view the gardens through a new lens: the dark. Families will be guided through different parts of the Arboretum to hear stories, explore nature in new ways, and gain an exciting new perspective by tuning into your senses and the environment around you. 

Advance online registration is required for Family Night Hikes. We do not allow any drop-ins or walk-ups. Children under 12 months are free, but are still required to register. Please arrive 10 minutes before class to ensure you are not left behind! Refunds will not be granted to registered guests who miss the class due to tardiness.

*Class will be subject to cancellation due to weather-related concerns.

Please meet at the North Entrance. Please note that this is an after-hours event. An email detailing check-in will be sent out the week of event…keep an eye out!

Members:

Members receive a discount on Arboretum family adventure night hike sessions. Please make sure you are signed into your Arboretum member account to receive the discount. Click "My Account" in upper right-hand corner of page to log-in to your member account, or to create an account. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

The Los Angeles Arboretum Foundation reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or change a class due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a class cancellation or change, registrants will be notified and be offered a full refund or a reschedule. The Arboretum cannot accommodate refunds, cancellations, or reschedules within 7 days of the start of the class.
