The Post War Real Estate Boom and the Arboretum -How the Booming Ornamental Horticulture Industry Influenced the Mission of the Arboretum
Event Description:
Quakes, Plates, and Perennial Lakes: The Unique Geology That Makes The Arboretum a Tree and Plant Paradise is the first in a series of walking tours about the Arboretum’s history.
These events are free with admission. Registration is required due to limited space.
Cost:
Arboretum Members are free but must register and show valid membership card to enter.
Non-members must purchase general admission ticket in advance, tour is included with admission ticket purchase.
Registration is required for members and non-members. Space is limited to 30 participants.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
The Los Angeles Arboretum Foundation reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or change a class due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a class cancellation or change, registrants will be notified and be offered a full refund or a reschedule. The Arboretum cannot accommodate refunds, cancellations, or reschedules within 7 days of the start of the class.
