Join us for a Seasonal Fine Art Painting session at the Arboretum, with an open-studio style and all-materials provided! An instructor will be present to answer questions, offer suggestions and hand out exercises throughout the session.

Join us to explore and paint beautiful trees in a landscape setting, focusing on a different tree each week. All painting levels are welcome. First class will include a general overview of the session and a basic painting review.

Join us in the gardens for a springtime plein air session at the Arboretum. Painting will take place at various locations throughout the gardens, while the spring colors are in full bloom. The class will meet at the Oak Room to retrieve the material carts and then head out to location. Note: there may be a walking
distance to some locations. First class will include a general overview of the session, materials and a basic painting review. Previous painting experience, at home or in a classroom setting, is strongly recommended.

The Arboretum is a haven for wildlife, including a large number of birds and butterflies. Join us to explore some of our favorite winged friends in the garden. Students are welcome to use their own photos as inspiration or peruse the photo library. All painting levels are welcome.
